I have been patron of Ebay since a very long time and now see it has gone to the dogs. Expecting a resolution is a far fetched dream when an acknowledgement is also not received (Which I suppose is automated). Contacting customer care via chat is like winning a lottery. You mite just get someone online if you are very lucky. The timelines they provide dont mean anything. With no response from the seller or Ebay, buyers are left in the lurch. Also the various discount promotions they have (THE BIG SHOPPERS PROMOTION), are never accessible for redemption. Give you unrelated errors. And if you raise them with Customer care, you get unrelated resolutions. I am appalled at the state of affairs and Ebay has truely lost an ardent patron.
