I am a eBay India seller and have Top Rated Seller status for eBay USA. As per the new Top Rated Seller standard of USA, Tracking information should be uploaded within stated handling time for minimum 90.00% transactions with US buyers. When I tried to upload tracking information in eBay.com site for transactions with US buyers who paid by PaisaPay, a message is displayed “For items sold with PaisaPay, go to My PaisaPay to enter tracking information”. However even after uploading tracking information in My PaisaPay within my stated handling time of five days, those are not reflected against my transactions with US buyers. As a result I got an alert that my Top Rated Seller status is at risk in USA, since out of 13 transactions with US buyers only 01 transaction (which is a non PaisaPay transaction) tracking status uploaded within the stipulated handling period. This is only 7.69% against minimum 90%. As a result I am set to lose my Top Rated Seller status for eBay USA on June 20. Kindly take immediate steps to correct your system to transfer the tracking information from My PaisaPay to eBay.com. My business will be adversely affected if I lose the Top Rated Seller status (USA)
