Our buyers are complaining that irrespective of their confirmations for time extension via SMS facility given by ebay are not getting processed.
There are many transaction where buyer has confirmed via SMS relpying 'y' for agreeing the time extension but it has not been updated on ebay.
Hence there is a lot of confusion and misunderstanding between us and buyers as we have to follow up with them for the time extension and they argue that they have already accepted the time extension when they received the time extension confirmation on their mobile via SMS.
Do check this technical flaw.
