Was on a discussion with the Ebay customer service through Chat and I was talking about the DD refund 2 of the customer service agent just disconnected the chat after going through a rude conversation. As a customer of Ebay If I had to take a loss of my money and if i have to take humiliation from these agents I will give a 0 to the customer satisfaction and also never refer any one else to this kind of pathetic service and consumer site.
The worst service ever till now I lost the money of 590 Rs and I didnt receive a right product or a usable product. I got these kina of responses from the customer service (Shwetha and Urvashi) and I will take it to the next level for sure because its not the first time i am facing a bad customer service from E Bay.
