The christmas Gift received is not working and bad reply from ebay

Dear Ebay Team, Its a very disappointing service I had ever met with in my life with Ebay. I have been following up since 15th Feb 2010, but not getting any satisfactory reply from your end. Either Ebay is much satisfied with their existing customers or its revenue is that much enough to not looking for further business. I have been always happy customer of Ebay till last deal. But now its enough with it. I had deal with Ebay on 4th Jan 2010. and I have been provided one 80GB HDD. But the HDD I had received is not working. For this I am in continuous followup with ebay team after receipt of the item 18th Jan 2010. But yet not got any satisfactory answer. Ebay simply lies to customers about these Diwali gifts. They fraudulently offer gifts and then never send the gift. The support staff are simply instructed to wear out the customer. They simply said that a gift will be sent enter the code. There was no place to enter the code so i sent them a message immediately on purchase. There was no statement saying that the buyer will forfeit the gift if he does not enter the code during payment. There was no acceptance of the conditions of the sale. The product is not even worth the price without the gift. This is outright fraud. Those who have been hurt by this scam perpetrated by Ebay kindly contact me. I am a journalist and plan to expose these people with sufficient documented proof of their frudulent practices and even take them to court. Please send me details if u have been scammed by their promises of free gifts

You have posted this grievance in the past also and again today you have posted it in 9 different threads and because of this all other relevant postings have fallen down the rank, are you aware that what you are doing is spamming and spamming others posts is not good, you have posted in 1 yr posting too which are completely irrelevant today.

In the past also you have said the same thing that you are a journo and you will expose ebay in the papers but till today nothing about ebay has appeared in any paper, anywhere.
