if you paid with debit or credit card then call your bank and raise a "disputed transactoin" and ask for a "chargeback" - in my case (Visa) the bank refunded me direct in 48 hrs!

When you pay with debit/credit card you are covered by special insurance from the bank for this kind of dispute - they refund you very quickly.

I bought two pen drives that turned out to be FAKE. Sellers claim these are 512GB pen drives but these pen drives upon testing are only 8GB.

 And sellers and ebay customer care are taking me around in circles, lying and lying.
