Suspeneded Seller is this months Member Spotlight

This is high time that Ebay India needs to look into these small issues and not tarnish their image by suspeding sellers and putting up their Ids on Member Spotlight.

I don't understand what Ebay india wnats to highlight here.

However on a more serious note:

eBay seller suspension policies stink - esp. the non - performance one.

Buyers gives negs for inspid reasons at all and that too without contacting sellers and eBay suspends sellers on the basis on those negs. How do you expect anyone to do business with the threat of suspenion looming over the head of each and every seller?

THERE IS REALLY NO PROTECTION FOR SELLERS.YOU ARE SELLING SMOOTHLY AND EVERY THING IS GOING FINE FOR YOU AND ONE DAY YOU RECEIVE A NOTICE THAT YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED AND THEN IF YOU WRITE THEM BLOODY THEY START DICTATING THE TERMS.IN NO CASE THEY WOULD REVOKE THE SUSPENTION.SHAME ON US INDIANS WHO ARE PLAYING IN THE HANDS OF A DICTATOR COMPANY.
NOW ALL YOU TEL ME FRANKLY IF ANY OF YOUR DEAR AND NEAR FRIEND HAVE FACED SAME TYPE OF PROBLEM.

i knw one of my frnd his account is been suspended due to shill bidding of some of frud buyers from last 7 weeks and ebay care team is totally unresponsive
plz see to it his id is PARAS3K2
any one can help plz see
