Link to claim Ganesh Chaturti gift is supposed to be activated today (3/10), but there is still no link.

I would categorize this as an irresponsible and poor customer service / management. Ebay is not providing the service at the right time, as promised.

There is no direct link to redeem the Ganesha 2012 offer. Although there is one thing mention to log in Micro Site eBay. But there is not clear instructions.

According to Ebay customer link will appear at 7:30 today. Today morning they were saying it will appear at 12:30. After that they said it will appear at 3:30 now they are saying it will appear at 7:30.

it is already 7.35pm still there is no link to claim the gift, it seems ebay is not ready to respond.. it shows how irresponsible ebay is and least bothered about the issue..
