only after discussion you get a gift coupon worth your shipping amount and then you get the refund it takes around 15-20 days after the seller received the item.

you will get the shipping amount as the free gift coupon, and the amount you paid for the item will be credited to the account if you used online banking, otherwise eBay will send you the DD
