Semi-pro harmonium received in complete damaged condition

Hi, I ordered for a semi pro harmoniun for 9000.But the item was completely damaged. It is almost broken into pieces and i am really disappointed with the service.I left my feedback in ebay forum still dint get any reply.Please process my request to refund my money as I do not want to keep the broken harmonium any more.

do not waste your time on discussion boards. instead go the resolution center http://resolutioncentre.ebay.in/ and open a case by selecting "item not as described" and i am 100% sure you will get your money back. it may take some time for process to contact seller and rectifying your problem, but you will will get your money back.
