Selling Mobiles without chargers

I bid on a Nokia 6220 mobile wherein in the Bundled items I was informed that MEMORY woul dbe sent but there was no mention of a CHARGER. Thimnking of it as a oversight I bid on the same and won the product. Now the seller has not sent me the memory and maintains that he is right in selling the mobile without the charger since he has not mentioned in the bundled items.

I would like the ebay team to find out the ethics in the same since I will be opening a dispute in this matter which I will take it to the logical end.

Leave a negative feedbcak and open a dispute. N6220 dosent have a Memory Slot. The seller is cheating.

Hi,

Leaving Negitive Feedback doesn't get you the charger.

Open the Dispute.

Ask your seller for the charger and the memory card.

If the seller agrees to give you the charger or refund the amount, then simply get the refund and give him the phone. But you may loose shipping charges as most sellers will not give.

If he doesn't agree, file for a refund and give him a negitive feedback. ---------------
