Doesn't matter whether the door is locked, buyer shifted from the given address or the address is wrong or short. eBay will make you bear the losses for buyer's mistakes, because eBay pampers its buyers and harasses its sellers. They anyway make profit, EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO SELL. So all pains belong to SELLERS and all profits are reaped by eBay.
Don't expect justice from them.
This is specific to India, in US and Europe sellers and buyers are treated at par. But in Indian context all corporates become desi companies, and since there is not enough legal framework, eBay and Buyers exploit the sellers. More than courier it is eBay's bad policies.
If eBay offers Buyer protection, then why dont they offer a courier service or at least a tie-up with the courier service. This clearly show their intentions.
