This item has listing violations, on top of that the seller I think to trouble me is always requesting payment info from me saying payment not received. I do not know what to do. I am thinking of quitting e-bay. It was a good experience till this happened. I have given all payment info that I could. The listing violation is that there is misleading info.
It is not a cordless phone, when it gives all details of being a 'Panasonic KX-TG3611 2.4 GHz Digital Cordless Caller ID Phone'.
Please help. I do not want a corded phone. I want my money back. Full refund. It says 'Alcatel Mini Slim Cordless phone with warranty' in the title of the listing. Totally misleading. I think product is just corded phone. I do not want to be stuck with a shipped corded phone. The seller is lying. I want full refund.
The 'report seller' link does not work. All customer support links do not work. I am disappointed in e-bay. Very sad.
