I have a seller's account on eBay.
I shipped an item to the best of my efforts to one of my buyer. But he is claiming that he received an empty pack. I have all the proofs that the delivery made by me was sound. Also I tried contacting buyer several times, but he had given a wrong number in his order details.
I escalated this matter wherever I could, like, inrswebhelp, customer care and also to my relationship manager but I didn't get any reply or help from any quarter.
Now the buyer has lodged a formal complaint against me. He also keeps on threatening me using the power of his position.
I see eBay has elaborated buyer protection programs but where is any seller protection program if at all there is any...
PLEASE HELP!!!
