MP3 Charger not working

Last month i had purchased quantam MP3 4GB player which was delivered aling with a charger. Now the charger is not working as there was power flcutuation had hadppened. Pl help me how to rectify the same and whom should we contact for this issue as this has warranty for 1 yr. My email id is rramesh612009@ebay.com

Contact your seller he will guide you what is to be done.

For products gone bad due to power variation generally there is no warranty.

sir, as you mentioned that the charger is not working due to power fluctuation. this is a normal USB charger and was as a free gift with mp3 player this is mentioned in listing also. this USB charger may be available in your local market too. and if you have any problem in getting the item , plz inform us we will arrange for that.Warranty of the Quantum Mp3 player is one year from date of purchase and if you getting any problem with mp3 player , you can check the service centres on manufacturer website or you can also send the item directly to us.. web address is printed on the device itself.

Hi, by any chance can you supply the battery for this mp3 player. My battery has konked off and the player is useless without the battery.
