Hi All,
Ebay moved from evaluating sellers from negative feedback basis to detailed DSR. For this they launched the seller dashboard so that the sellers can monitor their performance. Our seller dashboard for the past 2 months has been showing that our account is eligible for 'Above Standard', however the account standing has not been upgraded. We have sent multiple emails to ebay including our account manager, but there is no reply. There is some flaw in the evaluation system & no response from ebay makes the situation even more uncomfortable. I request ebay pinks to look into this & correct our account standing.

Ebay customer service asked me to contact my account manager. It has already been 3 days since I sent the email but have not received any response. 😞

Hi,
Improvement in DSR system is needed. As many buyer's not leave feedback, as per eBay in those cases the transition deemed good. Then why in those cases eBay gives 5 star rating's to sellers account?

The issue here is that my account has been showing that I meet the Above Standard rating for the last 3 months. But ebay has not upgraded the account yet. And no one from ebay knows the answer or solution to the problem.
