I received message from ebay on 25-Nov-2013 15.37 saying eBay Guarantee claim - 340974 has been resolved,Action : Refund approved.
Till date I have not received the refund.I have written to ebay customer care three times did not get any reply.
I spke to the customer service agents,twice both the times they promised refund in 24 hrs.Last complain ticket number they gave is # 9207887746.
Your seller protection is a joke for your customer service.
