It's something eBay should sent us or eBay should put it on home page... about redemption. before customer asks to them.

hi,

i bought a phone and now coz i didnt log in while buying or entered the coupon code, i am not going to get a gift despite spending 37k on their site. this is clear fraud.

clearly ebay doesnt want lot of us to redeem the gifts. You can get a gift only if you log in as a registered users and have entered the gift code even when the promo says every one will get a gift and all this is there in T&C while the process on the promo page doesnt even mention this.

It doesnt even warn us to either login before buying or enter the code on check out, they are hoping lots of us dont enter the code so that they can then save on the gifts cost.

Had a chat with customer support and it was said that link will be up in 1-2 hrs on the homepage. it has been more than 1-2 hrs also one of the agents said that the link will be up by end of the day, dont know whom to rely on.
