Shame to Sham named Ebay Guarantee!

Ebay had Guaranteed me to reimburse the shipment charges against Claim # 112702 in form of ebay Coupons.

It has been 3 months since my claim has been resolved but I havent seen them coming.

Each time I call customer care they assign me so called guarantee that they are coming in my inbox but they never did. I had word with number of Customer care executives namely (Abhijeet, Allen (ref no: 1-5048454164) Irshad (ref no: 1-4729600868)] but all of them gave me false assurance only.

Pathetic processes at EBay India has firstly took 2 months to repay the claim amount to me and it has been another 3 months after receiving claim that I still havent received the coupons amounting to 705 INR.

EBay's Guarantee to guard Buyer is only a sham.
Claims delayed by 6 months are equals to claims denied.

All I've been getting is some vague answers and assurances that IT will be provided in form of coupons. Its been weeks and months.

I love everything about e-bay, but DO NOT, let me repeat DO NOT deal with e-bay when it comes to product issues, deal with your supplier directly, else give a -ve feedback and walkaway.

When its customer service and the ads for Ebay 100% guarantee, I can assure you 100% IT WONT WORK.
