Season gift not received yet..!

Its been over 2 months that I havent received my season gift from ebay..! Every time I contact the customer support a new excuse is given.. Some of ladies lastly stated that queries are raised with the dispatch team and will be getting dispatch details soon. After a week I contact I am said technical difficulties. Again I contact it is said more 10 days will be required. After a week I contact again it is said few weeks more due to technical difficulties.

60 days to collect data? half of the customer support gives vague excuses.

First it was said 45-60 days after the purchase then it was said after the redemption period ends.

This is getting dragged for so long..! Please act on it soon..!

Finally received the Apple 2 Gb ipod but the wait for the free gift was extremely long.

I agree to the fact that there are thousands & lakhs of users who are eligible for the free gift. Organizing the all the data would need time and the resources to deliver is time consuming. But an international organization like ebay can surely have a work around this and deliver promotion gifts more quickly.

Anyways, Thank you for delivering the gift and I am glad that I received it.
