I think atleast they should keep Mutual feedback withdrawal options,so even if buyer's leave Negative FB ..then can talk to buyer and resolve the matter and withdraw the FB !
Need all sellers support ! can't stand alone !
Just think pratically! how many buyer's do you missed every month just becuase buyer see's negative feedback on ur profile ? buyer's doesnt know what kind of buyer has left negative feedback for what reason,they just think its seller's fault ! and they close your item !
Try to calculate and estimate...
1.When your profile postive % was good before this new FB system ...
Buyer's see's your profile,thinks its good seller..lets deal!
2.Now? you got couple of negative/neutral FB..... % gone down ...then ..
Buyer's see's...read unfair comments ...then ..close your item! that's it ...everything is over !
Congrats ! you Lost another sale today!
What else? I am extremly disappointed with this FB system.
