SELLERS : Your sales growth after My Shopping Cart ? Mine is ALL TIME LOW.

Dear eBay & Fellow Sellers,

I have been facing lowest sales after "My Shopping Cart" facility is introduced. Do you also face the same problem ?

After April the sales went down because of the new listing fees policy, then later picked up and again now went down.

eBay should seriously consider and take care sellers when you change the system time to time. We welcome changes and new technologies introduced, but each time new things introduced, we are out of business. We are taking big risks some times and list many items in eBay due to confidence in sales. But unfortunately if the sales goes low, we face bigger problems. The most important point eBay should note is, we pay lot of fees. Almost 35-40% increased compare to Jan/Feb due to the new fees, if the sales is good we don't mind paying, if the sales is low we are dead. Please help us.

This is very serious ISSUE.

I found why i have no sales in past 7 days, the following problem answers. This is very serious and please resolve.

The "My shopping cart" change is totally messed up my listing. I have used another test buyer ID and trying to buy my items, it is not available at all for buying. What is going on in eBay,

eBay team please try to buy item id : 230150688911,

It says :

Sorry,the item you are trying to purchase is no longer available.

What is going on in eBay, please explain the problem and resolve it. Otherwise i will loose all my listing fees.

PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND HELP !!!

Dear eBay / Sapana,

I just had a chat Mr.Qudab , eBay live support representative, he did agree that there is a problem from eBay side. No one can buy from my shop.

My last sales happened was on 10th July and after that nothing ZERO. I am sure new My Shopping card messed up my listing.

I AM NOT GOING TO PAY FEES FROM 11TH JULY-NEXT SALES, BECAUSE IT IS NOT MY FAULT. I HOPE eBAY WILL HELP AND DEDUCT MY LISTING FEES FOR THIS PERIOD, AS A COURTESY AND GOOD BUSINESS PRINCIPLES.

Please reply my emails after problem is resolved.

Thanks. It is working fine now. I reported by chat. They said at 6:00 PM will be resolved. Also 2 items sold evening itself, it is after almost a week my items are sold.

First i thought it is normal after every change the sale may be going down. But unfortunately i did not check from my test user id to buy the item. I found out lately and lost 1 week business. Definitely it is not my fault. I need justice from eBay for the loss.

Even my sale has gone down since last week. Just one item is being sold out in a day or two. Hope sale increases this week if the shopping cart problem is resolved.

Even I am also suffering from sudden low orders though I promoted many products last week. The new Shopping Cart system is good, but for a short-term we need to suffer. But we will definitely find more orders and profits in long term. ---------------
