SELLERS : Your sales growth after My Shopping Cart ? Mine is ALL TIME LOW.

Dear eBay & Fellow Sellers,

I have been facing lowest sales after "My Shopping Cart" facility is introduced. Do you also face the same problem ?

After April the sales went down because of the new listing fees policy, then later picked up and again now went down.

eBay should seriously consider and take care sellers when you change the system time to time. We welcome changes and new technologies introduced, but each time new things introduced, we are out of business. We are taking big risks some times and list many items in eBay due to confidence in sales. But unfortunately if the sales goes low, we face bigger problems. The most important point eBay should note is, we pay lot of fees. Almost 35-40% increased compare to Jan/Feb due to the new fees, if the sales is good we don't mind paying, if the sales is low we are dead. Please help us.

I am trying to buys a Item and it says

I am unsure whats the problem going on with it, i tried purchasing it earlier but that time it failed in my credit card. Can you help me fix this?

DEAR-Ramachandran.R .....U CAN NOT BUY THAT PRODUCT AS ITS LISTING HAS EXPIRED. BUT TRY PUTTING, THE SAME NAME IN THE SEARCH BOX........U CAN THEN BE ABLE TO BY THAT PRODUCT FROM THAT SEARCH U HAVE DONE.........OR CONTACT THE SELLER AND TELL HIM TO RELIST THAT PRODUCT............

@all my fellow sellers
its not your fault low selling. Its the truth that ebay cant keep the customers satisfied. I have good advice for all good sellers , it time for you guys to stop using ebay to sell your product , i would say starting your own portal will be much better option. Internet search is so sophisticated it will get customers to your site , i guess only issue will be payment gateway. that you might opt for CoD or free thirdparty gateway...
