Resolution center case not opening

I have tried opening "item does not match the seller's description" 3 times in resolution center. It does not seem to open a case in resolution center even after confirmation "Open a case: Notice sent". Why?

Even I am also facing this same problem.

It just goes to a screen which says 'open a case: notice sent'

There is no confirmation whatsoever. Also in the opened cases, it is not showing anything.

It would be nice to have one case number along with one email about it once case is confirmed.

so please do something about it.
