I think you have given positive followup comment for that transition. You might need to send email to inrswebhelp@ebay.com mentioning seller ID & paisa pay id for which you left negative feedback.

There are many buyers on Ebay who sign up only to leave negative feedback for genuine sellers. In atleast 2 cases, they have got a refund, but have still left negative feedback, making it difficult for the seller to sell online. Unfortunately removing the feedback is a tedious process.

Ask your seller to send you a Feedback Revision Form. You can then change the negative feedback into a positive one.
