I recently brought sandals which cost Rs.499. The size of the sandals do not fit me. When I asked for the refund, it is cancelled.
THe customer care person calls me and says I need to contact the vendor.
Why should I contact the vendor?
If the size is inappropriate, when I ask for refund it has to be processed. Kudos to FLIPKART. In these areas, they are well served. This is the first time I purchased from ebay.om and had an hopeless experience.
My claim ID is 1049448.
FYI, the lady who called me from ebay.in, was very aggressive. She needs to be well trained nefore speaking to customer.
