I purchased an item through paisa pay & was surprised to get a eBay message with sub-text saying 'Refund on hold'
I contacted the Seller and was informed that due to some switch from DTDC to Blue Dart such messages are being auto-generated.
What is surprising that Customer Care was unaware of this situation & wanted to know what i wished to do with my order.
Worrying that the Seller may misunderstand the situation, i had earlier cancelled the 'Refund request' & informed the Seller.
Now my order listing shows that i have 'recieved the item' but aginst shipping shows 'not shipped' as obviously the item is due for
shipping or in transit.
Extremely confusing, i sincerely hope eBay corrects this goof-up & has some kind of a messaging alert system set-up.
