Diwali-2011 Gift Not Yet Received

Called up several times customer care & same answer "u will get by next week, we have updated to promotional team". And worse they will not register a complaint for the same. Hoping to see if I get some response from Ebay.

I have also same problem. Ebay customer care is worst customer care I have ever seen. These promotional gifts seems fraud. They never give it.

I will not deal again with ebay... never worst site.

I also didnt received the DEWALI GIFT of 500GB Hard Disk every time i call customercare they say i will get it within a week or so, But nothing comes my way. I even was provided the shipping number: 13433872863 of Blue dart courier saying my gift was shipped in December 2011. But the TraCKING NUMBER doesnot exists with BLUEDART. i feel like cheated. EBAY is really a FRAUD

I think it was a well thought organized scam conducted by Ebay to increase short term sale during Diwali. These people not really know that their business wil suffer in long run.

To my surprise today I received my Diwali Gift 1TB external HDD via BLUE DART. They have sent 1 TB Seagate Expansion Pertable 2.5 instead of Transcend 1TB Portable 2.5 drive. Anyhow “it is better to get something than nothing”!!!
