My paisapay id 44712134550, i ordered Lenovo K6 mobile on 11th feb'17 which i did not received by due date i asked for refund money, for which I received mail that refund process has initiated but today is 25th I did not received it. I hv followd up several time but executive tells sometimes refund has approved and will get mopney in next 5 days then next day when i follow up some other executive says approval is pending. For getting my money why approval process is there which they never get.It is not expected a brand like Ebay, their customer care also telling lie, one person tell one new story. Tell me how many days i hv to wait to get my own money. It is called service or fraud.
