Refund not received

I have reported non-receipt of item withing the stipulated time. But I have not received the refund yet. why?

Hello rajkochi2001,

The refund has been approved and initiated from our end on 25th April and it should reflect in your bank account in 2-3 days else we request you to contact your bank's customer care.
