Refund not received even after returning the product. FRAUD!

spdiamonds is a FRAUD seller. I won 2 items from him. One item (Rs 301) was NOT received by me. Second item worth 5755 was received but was significantly different from the photograph. When I questioned the seller, he said to mail it back to him and he would fully refund me but he has been silent ever since he got the product. He took over one month to send the product and kept mum till 45 days were gone and I could not start a dispute on ebay. The bloody Gujrati seller is not responding to any message sent to him via ebay.

Where are moderators? It ok if you dont come out in open to help buyers/sellers. But some unkown spammer spreading filth in here and we have to go through S#!T. This is a spam also targeting to a particular section. WAKE UP MODS. SOMEONE HAS TO CLEAN ALL THESE THINGS.

After Being dead for an year this guy gets up from his grave after 4 years where he was sleeping with a negative as a buyer(Very rare sight).

Had anything as such happened he would have left a negative to spdiamonds.But He has left one single feedback that too before 4 years.

Nothing but spammer.
