Hello
I had filled a refund claim with ebay guarantee. My claim ID is 115795, filled on 27th aug 2012.Till now i haven't received any communication from Ebay.
I received the empty box without any product.After filling the claim, seller called me and asked me return the box so that they can process the refund promptly. So i returned the product by courier (DTDC - consignment no.-Z70148609). Still the refund is not processed. Ebay customer care waiting queue is pathetic.Long waiting time.
Every time i call ebay, they give the resolution that they will call me back in 48 hours, but still no reply.
Resolution no.- 1-4709173985
& 1-4788901260.
I request Ebay to process the refund As Soon As Possible.

I HAVE CLAIM A REFUND FOR WRONG RECEIVED ITEM#221120211296 22 DAYS BACK
I ALREADY RETURNED THE ITEM TO SELLER
BUT TILL TODAY NO REFUND HAS BEEN MADE BY E BAY
I AM HAND TO MOUTH PERSON FACING FINANCIAL CRISES

Ebay cancelled my claim request without calling me.I have been calling them for last 4 days, and they say they are processing the refund and will receive a mail. but i haven't received the mail yet.
If ebay doesn't process the refund soon then i will approach consumer court against this arrogant behavior of Ebay. They have put me in mental frustration.

1. Did you tried working out things with your seller?
2. Had u sent the proof of dispatch to eBay, when u sent back the product to seller ?
U must take care of above things.

I applied for a defective product refund from seller for which i was asked to return it which i did on 17th aug 2012 and item was received on 11 th sept 2012.the very next day i was asked for refund which i agreed.The seller gave me false information that the refund had been forwarded to ebay but ebay customer care excutive Mr Sanjay Mishra refused and instead of asking their so called seller blamed me for the defective piece.The question is not that who is at fault but its about the credibility of seller and ebay and as per my personal experience ebay is loosing it fast.If ebay doesnt improve fast it will be fast eaten by big fishes like Flipkart,snapdeal etc.
Ebay must interfere in resolving such issues and merely shedding their responsibility wont serve the purpose.
