promotional gift not recieved after 2 months

i have purchased 32' led tv on 29/07/2012, and redeem a gift coupon from which i will get a samsung duos mobile phone, but till date i haven't recieved my gift.

i have called so many times in c.c , but they always give me the fake date that you are recieving in that time.
but they were always been wrong , i haven't recieved my gift till date.

@sanjaythl7... It takes 45 to 60 days. Just send an e-mail to eBay Customer Support team mentioning all the details. I am sure they will help you get your gifts.
