Hello Everyone, ebay is undoubtedly having some wrong intensions when it comes to refund. The product Canon lens (Rs.21,650) was old / damaged / poor packing received on 16th June and returned to seller on 19th June. Mean time Ebay abruptly closed my claim and asked me to deal with the seller directly. I sorted out the issue with the seller with in 3 days and the seller (Radha store, kalkutta) is genuine and agreed to cooperate with the issue. The reopening the claim and processing the calim with ebay has been very frustruating, so many calls, mails, etc. I have not heard anything constructive so far.
This is not only happening with me but there are many other members struggling to get the money back. The seller has beed debited with refund amount on 5th of July, but I have been calling up customer service since then and no result yet. Tried to contact Mumbai grevances office which turned out to be another disaster, Can anyone guide me on this. Thanks in advance..kumar 9884154705
