I bought (samsung galaxy note 4) 3 month ago the phone was not same model as i expected so i immediately returned the phone to seller (paid 700rs for shipping) the seller approved that the phone was not touched ao he requested me to call ebay for refund. On the 15th of April i opened the claim for refund gave all the necessary approvals even the seller send did send an email to ebay to refund the money immediately but sadly no action has been taken from the past two month.. i called ebay over and over again no one picks the phone for the past 45 days i mean i doubt if ebay even exist! Almost 29.000 Rs is gone
