This has reference to claim id 1908404. Seller has provided unboxed item indicating it as new. Over the last few days I was told to update the photographs and wait for the solution. This is a simple case of replacement or refund. As seller has refused to replace the product, immediate refund should have been initiated. It appears as if ebay is supporting sellers doing fraudulent practices. Hoping for an early refund.
