I recieved damaged item
Details:
(Beautiful Indian traditional Bridal jewellery Victorian style Faux Ruby Emerald) that seller indiacardsgallery delivered on 24-Dec-11.
I raised claim for refund on 25/12/11.
Still ebay asks me today to confirm the receipt of the item.
Please assist.

Thx for the reply.
Tanya from Indiacardsgallery spoke to me today. I need to send the item back to them.
But I must get refund before sending the item back.
Also she said the courier charges of returning the item would not be paid by her but by Paisapay. Please guide.

Its very sad to see that on eBay also politics going on. You are just responding to buyers queries but no response on sellers queries. So what we consider?
