Hi,
I recently sold an item (item no: 250947273120) for which it said a final value fee of Rs 222.40 at the time of publishing the item. This is 1% of the item value. But i was charged Rs 1103.88. If this would have been revealed during the time i published the item, i would not have agreed and sold it. This is a way behind cheating and this needs to be addressed immediately. I need a CLEAR explanation on this.
