But while getting payment via PAYPAL we do not get any such certificate.

I want to start international Selling and want to ship items through EMS.

Can please kindly tell me how to do export and how to clear the problem of proof of receiving payment( i.e. FIRC/PP Form).

Dear Amitavaji,
I think you know the whole issue and problem which is faced by a seller exporting items by getting payment through Paisapay but still instead of supporting the thread to get the solution for this problem/issue, Each time you come up with some things which is really not connected or relevant to it.

Now let me tell you what is the problem once again.

When a exporter get amount from other countries he do get a FIRC for the same.
The FIRC gives the proof that all payment which is receive on behalf of the exporter is in accordance to the guidelines of RBI.

But in case of Paisapay we are not getting any FIRC and hence itโ€™s not in accordance to the exporting laws.

Declaring small value goods as sample and gift is easy.
But you can not declare an item of high value like that of precious stones etc.

Moreover by getting FIRC you are also eligible for getting many benefits, Which is not available when receiving money through Paisapay.

I do understand that we are getting payment notification which tells us that we have recive money in INR but Paisapay do not give FIRC,Which can be helpful in Exporting goods and enjoying all benefits of Exports.

I am sorry If I sound Rude, But I really very upset with the way eBay and some member reacting.

I am raising a very serious problem but instead of supporting me, Some people try to move the focus of the thread.

Best Regards,
Deep Agarwal.

Dear shree_krishna_gems,

Based on our last discussions, the PaisaPay team again tried to convince the bank on the need to issue FIRC to the sellers. However, I am afraid we had little sucess on that front. Since FIRCs can be only issued by a bank, PaisaPay / eBay can not issue an FIRC. PaisaPay receive foreign exchange through the Authorised Dealer, ICICI Bank. ICICI is ready to issue one FIRC in name of eBay for all foreign receipts by PaisaPay in the month. however, this would not solve our user problem.

The teams explored various options whereby bank could issue separate FIRCs for every seller or let eBay issue the FIRCs. However unfortunately none of these options worked. Given this background, I am afraid it will not be possible for PaisaPay to provide FIRC to a seller

Dear Sapna & Indian Ebayers.

For FIRC, these are few ways in which the problem can be solved...

1. If Paypal issues cheques/makes swift transfer to Indian Bank Account in USD in the seller Account, than the local bank in India will have no problem in issuing FIRC/BRC (Bank Relisation Certificate) to the seller for forex received in his local bank account. There will be no need for PaisaPay.

2. Sellers open account with CCNOW.COM and after the auction ends raise invoice through CCNOW.COM. Buyer Pays to CCNOW and CCNOW will issue cheque in Seller's Account in USD after depositing the cheque in Indian Bank one can obtain FIRC/BRC.

3. If ebay integrates with ccavenue or other online payment gateway FIRC will not be a problem

Now with very simplified export norms it is just this drawback that is creating complication, and any serious chat with legal experts in INDIA will solve this problem.

I would request ebay india one thing please accept ebay fees through paypal, atleast this will utilise some amount from our paypal accounts...

Thanks, hope this is of some help.
