Hi,
I ordered a brand new samsung galaxy s2 from a vendor.
But the device i received is faulty and has following problems:
1. The seal on the box is broken.
2. The display is loose. Tending to come out.
3. No bill is provided with the device.
4. Label on the device is also not proper.
5. I also have not received proper headset with the device.
6. The warranty card is also not received.
7. Some basic softwares like FM radio do not work.
8. the screen keeps flashing a red rectangle boundry around screen every now and then.
9. The vendor is not replying to these problem.
Kindly help what to do..?!!
