RO & RO Spares

I am doing a survey on RO Water Purifiers. I have following questions:
1. Should we go on brand or buy through local wholesellar who is giving the RO with the same specification.
2. Companies are selling RO with the same specification on a very high margins, however the wholesellar is selling at a very low price.
3. Guaratee given by wholesellar is same as the company is providing.
4. Servicing part again the same

I need your feedback, from where to buy?
