The claim was closed at 06-03-2013 accepting the refund request. It was told that the refund on shipping charges will be given in form of vouchers within 3-4 days. Now it has been 11 days since claim is closed and no voucher is send to me so far. I can neglect it if it was a small amount. But it cost me Rs.2000 for the shipping. I contacted customer care, appeal@ebay etc. But no response so far.
