My order id is 2270795. Even after repeated attempts with dipsutes@baazee.com I have not yet received my product. The seller commented saying please check the consignment no and the case was closed blindly. But I wish to tell that till to-date I havent received anything. AFter contacting with the courier team myself, it was learnt that the address and the to: person was different. This I told the seller. He said I will get back to you. Now whenever I tried calling him after that I get the message as no is switched off. I have gone through a horrifying experience. Hence I stopped dealing on baazee.
If you can help restore my faith with baazee I may think of dealing again.
You can see its almost 3 months now.
Even in another deal I did not received the product and baazee refunded me the money. Does it sound professionalism in refunding money.
