Product Not Received. Paisapay id: 34522801097 Fraud and Continuous harassment by seller

hi

i am sorry i was unable to take your ebay gurantee calls as seller was continuously calling me on my cell, i had to stop using it. I have just gotten back and immediately writing you this mail. I have contacted your customer care for the past one week aswell, but I have not received any calll back yet since then from ebay to help me out.

The seller has delivered this product at East Delhi at Ghandhi Nagar instead of my registered address with ebay at Safdarjung Enclave which is in South Delhi 60 KM away from the current location.

 Hence I have not recived this product even after accepting sellers One Month wait request.

I am being harassed by the seller for over a month now.

On top of that seller has been repeatedly calling on my personal number rather than replying on ebay, which i have done but seller hasn't responded back to me on ebay.

I want complete refund on priority and to made sure seller like this are reprimanded by ebay so they don't do what they did with me.
