ON my item listings i havent given an option for worldwide courier,one of buyer from USA has bought an item & choosed shipping charges which r meant for india only...i m not able to send her invoice too...what to do now? & what a mess is this.....how can a buyer choose shipping charges that are meant for india?Kindly do something...such problems were not there on baazee.

Dear Amit,

This is the second problem i am facing. my items are worth 15,500 Rs and i cannot sell them because i have been charged with Indian courier charges. The second problem is payment methods. I have not recieved any payments from them. Ebay.in has no such facility.
I don't know what to do.

It seems that foriegn sales is just an eyewash,as they choose local courier charges themselves as well as dd as payment option...why they r not able to pay through paisapay as earlier?I can send a invoice through my own payment gateway or ikobo is fine too, but will ebay allow it....otherwise they should find a way.

ITS UNDERSTANDABLE TO SEEK DEVINE HELP RATHER THAN SEEK FROM EBAY INDIA.......... SIMPLE THEY THEMSELVES HAVE NO INKLING WHAT IS HAPPENING...........TRUST ME.

Regarding issue of payment from International buyers: As mentioned on other boards, we are trying to solve the problem. However till then you can receive payment using the following method:

International Buyers Payment Issue: Once an international buyer wins a bid, or buys something, to pay via PaisaPay, he will need to log on to www.ebay.in. On going to his My eBay>>>All Buying, he will be able to see the transaction and will be able to pay using PaisaPay. All international credit cards are accepted on PaisaPay.
