ROHIT, SAPANA, ANYONE ELSE PLEASE HELP-HELP-HELP

I have been trying my best to inform the Billing Department about the excess payment made I paid for invoice amount due to server error. I was to pay Rs 47.98 for the month of Feb 2005. But as the amount still kept coming up as notpaid I kept paying till I realised and checked my bank account. It was debited the first time itself but my account at Baazee still showed a debit of 47.98. I paid an excess amount of Rs 191.92
Thereafter I wrote to the Billing Department and also posted it in this forum about the excess payement asking them to adjust the amount in the next months invoice.
As usual " apply, apply, no reply" tactics were followed.
Could some one please tell me how to redress my grievience or any grevience one may have with the Great ebay.in and our old Baazee.
It appears that they are only interested in taking money whether due or not which amounts to stealing.
NOW I WONDER IF ALL THESE GREAT PEOPLE WILL READ THIS POSTING AT ALL AND SUGGEST WHAT I SHOULD DO.

Regarding your issue of excessive billing, a mail had been sent to you on 17th March, and the billings department is yet to hear from you on the same.

Having clarified your concern, I will once again reiterate that the most efficient way to get your issues solved is to write to Customer Support via the contact us link in the Help section. It ensures that the right department within eBay gets the details of the issue and act on it.

The Community Discussion Boards are not a forum to resolve specific user issues, but for our users to interact with each other. Having said that, let me assure you that we regularly monitor the boards to understand what our community is discussing. And if many users are discussing a particular issue, then we definitely highlight the issue to the concerned team.

Just count the average replies to the posts in the Cafe.There are more 0s there. Most of the replies are from other users.

btw, if you cant put queries here, why is this Board called "Feedback to eBay India Team" ?

U call this a reply ? And ofcourse 48 Hrs are not over as yet ?
I only asked how I can get in touch with the billing department.
Why can't U people have someone who can co-ordinate between the customers and UR various elusive departments ?
I understand the forum is not meant for specific issues. But then what choice does anyone have when he cannot contact the concerned department.
Perhaps It would suit U all if no postings are put up. Would save a lot of trouble for the various teams. Yes ?

If there is noway at all to redress the complaints then it is most unfair. Not that it matters to U people.

I agree that I should be very happy that the great team has responded. Actually it is becoming painful and disgusting to post any thing on the forum.
It seems only we users have to ask each others and interact between us. Perhaps they should change this forum to " Feed back between Disgruntled users" U may notice that my reply has come twice. That is because of their usual server problems. Damn embarassing. Exactly the same thing happened when I was paying my invoice.
