Problem with Paisapay System

I have a problem with paisapay and want to see if anyone has had the same issue and how it was resolved. I have been trying for two days to pay for an item. I am in the US and paisapay is a great system. Anyway, when I put my credit card informatiion, as usual, it begins to process, then comes back with an error message that it cannot complete payment with my debit/credit card, to choose another payment method. I have used three different computers, still the same. My bank tells me that they see the payment coming in, but paisapay system fails before it completes the transaction. I have been trying to get help. If anyone has had this issue, pls let me know how it was resolved.

ebay should give people in India the option of walking into ebay office (or better yet ebay should send a peon to our address!) and paying cash and allow ebay to remit on our behalf!!! even other websites like shaadi.com etc. do that ! THIS IS INDIA MAN !!

Dear All

I am a new sller and selling on ebay from last 3 months...I got email from ebay that my paisapay registration have been suspended without mentioning any reason and all my paipay payments on hold...I coul not understan what went wrong. I talked to customer support executive he told me that 2 paisapay id payment is going back to the buyer, I asked him why he said he dont know...I talked to buyer he said i have not made any complaint...Now What should I do without knowing the exact reasons....Please help me
