Prize not received and ebay India not responding on social media.

Hi my name is Manish

My issue is: there was a contest conducted by ebay India on their facebook and twitter handle with the hashtag #AazadiRocks the results for which were announced and I was selected as one of the winners on facebook to receive an iPad Air . Here is the link to the contest post.

I was assured that my prize will be delivered within 90 days, that are over now and ebay India is not responding to either my tweet or Facebook messages. Is this how one treats his loyal customers? I can understand the delay but ignoring your customers is the absolute worst thing to do. Kindly escalate this issue to concerned department and please get my prize delivered. Thank you.
