• Blue dart has not come for pick up in spite of labels been printed more than a week ago. I sent someone to their regional office and they said they don’t have any information about my pick up. At present there are 19 items ready to be shipped for blue dart. Shipping time limit has already expired on some of them and many others are going to expire today and tomorrow. Please also give the concerned person’s name and phone no of their Kolkata pick up office. They have also asked for ebay customer code for them to check in the system.
• FedEx – Fedex has not been sending vehicle for pick up, even when there are many parcels. A guy came on bike and said he is unable to carry so many parcels on his bike. When I asked him to send vehicle, he said that ebay has to speak to fedex. I have sent my staff to drop the parcels in taxi on last three occasions. But it cannot go on like this. They should pick up the whole lot from my location. At present there are 73 Parcels ready to be shipped. Out of these, 8 weighs more than 10 Kgs each.
• Aramex – Ok. There is no problem.
• Packing materials – Blue Dart didn’t deliver the packing materials since last 8 days. Finally I sent someone to their office and got it picked up. There was a total of 400 bags ( 200 extra small and 200 small). However I also need the large and extra large bags and also the tapes for carton packing. My expected monthly shipment is more than 1000 parcels and I need to have sufficient packing material to avoid the shipping getting disrupted. I don’t want to follow up for the same every week. I should be having at least a month’s requirement with me. Please send the large and extra large bags and tapes immediately as I don’t have any of them with me. Once you send, inform me and give me the AWB no to follow up with the courier.
• There is no response to emails sent to inlogistics@ebay.com. The landline no never connects.
If issues are not addressed by powership team in time and there is such lousy response, then I will have to rethink about being a part of powership.
