Powership issue - BlueDart not providing service.

This is a very serious concern. When BlueDart does not provide service to all customers then why have them as a preferred partner.
I understand that other sellers might see BlueDart useful but for sellers like me Bluedart is useless.
BlueDart does not service my area and they never come to pick up the product if marked as ready to pick up.
Last time I had this issue I had contacted Powership team for 1 straight week and by the end of the week I was told that please ship it yourself as BlueDart does not provide service to your area.
Now is this a joke? delays in sending product will create damages to goodwill. Also am I expected by Ebay to sign up 2 contracts with courier companies? so that if ebay does not ship the product then I should use another courier for the same?
I list shipping charge as per the powership rates and all cost is calculated now how can ebay ask seller to ship the product on their own without proper communication?
How do I explain the customer all this mess and how do I give good service when from Ebay I am getting bad service.
This is really a matter of Concern and also I see several complaints about BlueDart. Its high time you remove BlueDart from the system.

I'm fairly certain that these *** are going to do NOTHING about it. It is evident that that fellow called *** and his accomplice *** don't give a rat's **bleep** about our concerns. They have their source of money from hundreds of other sellers. Why would they care about others?!
For the record, I have been having a problem with this bull**bleep** Powership fraud as well.I have 7 shipments pending and they haven't been picked up. I've marked multiple emails to that lame inlogistics email address, spoken to those dullard CS people and even called up the powership **bleep**gots. NO RESPONSE.
I'm sick and tired of this bull**bleep** and I am really considering trying to move to the consumer court for legal action against this ***. I'm pretty sure this is going on so that they don't have to give you that fastship discount that they promise.
